Epic Speed Training – Week 2 Training

This is going to be building on week 1 and be pretty similar. What we are doing here is keeping your body in shape and really hammering home all the power and agility exercises. 

There is also a new cone drill in there for you to build up different parts of your body and different explosive muscle fibers. Be sure to watch Cone Drill 3.
